Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities across Portslade, Worthing, Littlehampton and Yapton. You will help people access activities, attend health appointments, and stay connected within their communities.

This role offers flexible shifts around 20 hours per week, with pay uplift for overtime and opportunities for progression. A supportive team and ongoing training await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence and own car essential.
• Ability to work in community settings with adults with learning disabilities.
• Experience in care or support roles is advantageous.
