Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the RRIC team at Buckinghamshire sites. The post is Band 6, 30 hours per week, with part-time and job-share options and flexible working arrangements to cover 8am-8pm, including weekends.

You will work in a dynamic community team to support early discharge and prevent hospital admission. The role requires HCPC registration, a degree in Occupational Therapy, and experience with community-based rehab and MDT

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Postgraduate training in relevant clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and specialist assessment for OT needs.
• Plan programmes of care to promote health gain and independence.
• Allocate workloads within the RRIC team and coordinate with others.
• Lead, supervise and collaborate with the MDT to ensure timely care.
