Job summary

Foundervine Spaces is seeking a Community Operations Associate to welcome members, manage tours, and keep the space running smoothly in a fast-paced coworking environment. You will support member experiences, tours, events, and facilities coordination on-site in Canada Water.

We value proactive, organized individuals who can balance hospitality with operations, engage with members and guests, and help maintain high standards in a collaborative community space.

Qualifications

• Able to work on-site in Canada Water, 5 days per week.
• Confident speaking to new people daily and leading tours of the space.
• Highly organised and responsive, with strong attention to detail.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented, and professional environment.
• Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
• Willing to support hands-on operational tasks as needed.
• Comfortable liaising with members, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Open to receiving and sharing member feedback to improve the space.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, guests, partners, and visitors and foster a welcoming environment.
• Deliver engaging tours to prospective members and manage enquiries efficiently.
• Ensure the space is clean, well‑presented, and functioning smoothly, coordinating facilities as needed.
• Support events from setup to on‑the‑day coordination and vendor liaison.
• Gather feedback and help implement improvements to the member journey and space operations.
