Job summary

Tameside Council invites qualified Occupational Therapists to join our rapidly developing Occupational Therapy Service. You will manage a caseload with supervision, assess manual handling needs in community settings, and evaluate equipment and adaptations to support service users to live independently.

We invest in training and CPD; North West ASYE/Preceptorship is available for newly qualified OTs. A car with access to your own vehicle is essential as posts involve community work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapists with enthusiasm, passion for learning and development, a great team player.
• Ability to manage a caseload with supervision and assess manual handling needs in community settings.
• Assess equipment and adaptations to enable service users to live independently.
