Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (adult/general) to join our mobile, county-wide team. You will supervise practice, organise the learning environment, deliver education and clinical facilitation, and uphold professional practice standards.

You will be competent in extended skills and able to work autonomously in diverse settings, with a strong focus on reflective practice, governance and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (adult or general).
• NMC Registration is mandatory.
• Facilitated Learning in Practice or equivalent teaching qualification required.
• Certificate-level management/leadership course is desirable.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• A healthcare-related degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervision in practice and organisation of the learning environment.
• Delivery of education and clinical facilitation.
• Oversight of professional practice standards within the service.
• Respond to unplanned events to support back-to-practice and reduce risk.
