Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse in Cheltenham for a 12-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week. A driving licence and use of a vehicle are required for this community-based role.

You will have NMC registration, and post-registration experience is helpful. The Trust supports a mobile office setup and aims to provide high-quality, patient-centred care across Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Willingness to undertake additional training as required.
