Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Clinical Lead Advanced Practitioner to provide visible clinical leadership across Community Hospitals and support APs. You will mentor APs, drive governance and education, and sustain high-quality patient care through expert supervision and strategic workforce development.

Qualificações
- Experience in advanced clinical practice and governance for Advanced Practice.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and coach APs and tAPs.
- Knowledge of frailty pathways and leadership in clinical governance.
Responsabilidades
- Lead governance, supervision and development for Advanced Practice.
- Provide clinical and educational supervision to APs and tAPs.
- Maintain regular advanced clinical practice and provide expert leadership.
- Lead quality improvement, governance, audits and education.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to maximise AP contribution.
