Qualifications

• Experienced community nurse with passion for learning and facilitation of others.
• Competent in all community nursing clinical interventions including extended skills such as IV therapy, central lines, compression and Doppler assessment and gastrostomies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in practice and organise the learning environment.
• Deliver education and clinical facilitation to staff.
• Oversee professional practice standards within the service.
• Respond to unplanned events to enable people back to practice and reduce risk.
• Help develop a future workforce equipped with essential community nursing skills.
