Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nursing Team Leader to lead a locality Community Nursing team and deputise for senior management. The role develops services, supports governance, and drives high-quality, safe, patient-centred care within the community.
The post requires a first level NMC Registered General Nurse with SPQDN (District Nurse) and experience in supervision or management, with a focus on staff development and multidisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Must hold a first level NMC Registered General Nurse with SPQDN (District Nurse).
- Experience in supervisory or management roles within community services.
Responsabilités
- Manage a team within the locality.
- Develop and sustain a positive staff culture and multidisciplinary working.
- Be lead contact for clinicians and managers on professional issues.
- Promote best practice to enable equitable service provision.
- Demonstrate and maintain clinical credibility through evidence-based care.
- Support staff development and training.
- Undertake audits and research for service development and improvement.
- Work with patients and families to develop tailored health plans.
