Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Team Leader on a 12‑month secondment in the Community Nursing team in Eastwood, Nottingham West. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop services in local community settings.

You must be a first level NMC Registered Nurse with supervisory experience, able to work in a multidisciplinary team, drive standards, and support staff development while enhancing patient care in the locality.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with first-level NMC registration.
• Mentorship/Preceptorship qualification.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience in multi-professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deputise for Heads of Service within Community Nursing.
• Support service development, governance and high-quality patient care in the locality.
• Manage a team within the locality and develop staff in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Promote best practice and equity of service provision across the locality.
• Guide staff in skills development and participate in audits/research to inform service improvement.
