Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is advantageous
• Ability to document clearly and accurately in patient records

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within proven Nursing Associate competencies
• Be supervised by a registered nurse band 5 or above
• Contribute to planning, implementation and monitoring of patient care in the community
• Supervise and teach trainee Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants
• Maintain professional attitude with patients, relatives and colleagues
• Recognise patient condition changes and seek appropriate help
• Provide health information to patients and carers as appropriate
• Maintain clear documentation compliant with NMC and Trust policies
• Adhere to Medicines Management policies for storage, administration and disposal of medicines
