Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is recruiting a Nursing Associate/Associate Practitioner for 30 hours per week in the Sanderstead Clinic. The post supports independent practice under a Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based nursing care in patients' homes.

Applicants need a Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice/Adult Care and strong clinical and communication skills. A clean driving licence and car for work are essential; extensive training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice/Adult Care/Nursing Associate/Associate Practitioner.
• Must have a clean UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Work within the NMC Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates to meet patient needs.
• Organise own time and supervise junior staff and learners.
• Teach and educate staff and patients as part of the role.
