We have a secondment opportunity for the position of Community Nurse Team Leader, working with our team at Newfield House. This post supports the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in the management and professional leadership of all nursing team members to deliver a high-quality service in compliance with statutory responsibilities, professional guidelines, and the policies and procedures of UHCW NHS Trust. This post provides day-to-day professional and managerial input to the community nursing team within their area of responsibility.
The post holder is responsible for delivering the highest standards of patient-centred care to patients and their relatives through the development and management of staff within their remit.
The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency, and experience and will lead and enable the team to provide a high-quality service.
A Full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business use are essential. Please note an international driving license is not accepted.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum (pro rata)
