Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC registration and UK-based professional registration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing assessments and care planning for service users with learning disabilities.
• Provide supervision and clinical advice to care teams; mentor students and junior staff.
• Ensure safe administration of medications and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
