ESNEFT is advancing within Integrated Community Services (INTs). Join one of our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in Ipswich to help keep patients safe and well at home.
Led by a Band 7 clinical lead and three Band 6 senior nurses, our teams are co-located with community nursing, therapy, social care colleagues, and out-of-hours teams. We also benefit from postgraduate education support and legacy nurses to develop clinical skills.
Services operate from 8 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week.
Many teams are co-located with social care and wider multidisciplinary teams, enhancing patient outcomes. Our structure focuses on frontline care and long-term health and social care planning using local data.
Covering rural and urban areas, providing holistic and complex nursing care in people's homes. Collaborate with community nurses, support workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and other professionals.
We seek team players committed to high-quality care and professional growth. We support staff with forums, mandatory training, 1:1s, skills training, and student placements. We work closely with local health and social care teams.
