ESNEFT is advancing within Integrated Community Services (INTs). Join one of the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in Ipswich and contribute to keeping patients safe and well at home.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Neighbourhood Team covering Ipswich East.
We are recruiting Community Nurses on a permanent and fixed-term basis for a full-time position; part-time hours considered.
The caseloads are diverse and led by a band 7 clinical lead and three band 6 senior nurses.
We are co-located with community nursing, therapy, social care colleagues, out-of-hours nursing and therapy teams, postgraduate education team, and legacy nurses supporting community-specific clinical skills.
The service operates from 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
Many INT teams are co-located with social care and wider MDTs, enhancing patient outcomes and enabling long-term health and social care planning using local data and delivery plans.

The INTs serve rural and urban areas, providing holistic and complex nursing care at home.
You will work alongside Community and District Nurses and a team of Support Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, social workers, independence wellbeing practitioners, social prescribers, Matron, care coordinators, and administration staff.
We value teamwork, high-quality patient care, and ongoing professional development. Support includes forums, mandatory training, 1:1 meetings, clinical skills training, student training, and close collaboration with neighboring teams.
