Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to cover Pembrokeshire, based in Milford Haven within the Community Nursing Team. The role supports high standards of care in patients' homes and requires willingness to travel between patients.

Experience in Community Nursing is desirable; training will be provided and the post holder will be supported to develop in the role. Welsh language is desirable, interviews on 9/10/2026.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with community nursing experience preferred or training provided.
Ability to travel between patients in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Provide community nursing care to patients in their own homes in Pembrokeshire and Milford Haven.
Work within the Milford Haven Community Nursing Team to support patient care in the community.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in community nursing.
