Job summary

The post is 36 hours per week, permanent, based across Keith Health Centre and Fochabers Medical Practice, and requires a wide range of clinical skills with a commitment to a 7-day service.

You will be part of a friendly, flexible team, supported to develop person-centred care in the community.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse Band 5 (NMC registered) required.
• Willingness to participate in a 7-day service.
• Commitment to community-based, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery of high-quality community nursing care.
• Work within Keith Health Centre and Fochabers Medical Practice to support the district nursing team.
