Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Stroud is seeking a Registered Nurse Associate (RNA) to join the Stroud Integrated Community Team. The role is Band 4, with full-time or part-time hours in patients' homes across Stroud and Berkeley Vale.

You will work with Registered Nurses and HCAs to provide high-quality, compassionate care, develop clinical skills, and support patients to achieve their goals in their own homes, with supervision and opportunities for learning.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Associate (RNA) with post-qualifying experience.
• Ability to deliver care in home settings.
• Willingness to work in Stroud and Berkeley Vale area.
• Commitment to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to adult patients in their own homes.
