Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a qualified Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our Hertfordshire community nursing service on a 30-hour, part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality in‑home care, working with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their own homes and local communities.

We support development through the CLCH Academy and expect commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care with flexible weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate with current UK NMC registration.
• Foundation degree in nursing associate practice.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (9–4).
• Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care for an allocated group of patients.
• Act as an accountable nursing professional within NMC standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient‑centred care.
• Deliver safe, high‑quality care while supporting the wider nursing team.
• Undertake a range of clinical procedures appropriate to the role.
• Travel between locations for home visiting care.
