Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucestershire is seeking a Registered Nurse Associate (RNA) at Band 4 to join the Stroud Integrated Community Team. You will provide high-quality care to adults in their own homes, working with nurses, HCAs and other professionals.
The role offers opportunities to develop clinical skills, work autonomously and contribute to personalised care. A qualified RNA with post-qualification experience is preferred, and the team supports learning
Competenze
- Understanding the scope of the Nursing Associate role within the team and organisation.
- Experience in clinical governance and community care settings.
- Support to improve and maintain mental, physical and wellbeing of patients.
Mansioni
- Deliver planned care in patients' homes alongside Registered Nurses.
- Collaborate with Specialist Services, Complex Care and AHPs for seamless care.
- Work autonomously while developing skills through practice and preceptorship.
