Job summary

You’ll support people in their own homes through skilled nursing care, helping them maintain their health, independence and well being. As part of a supportive District Nursing team, you will deliver high-quality care to people with a wide range of health needs. You will work closely with patients, families, carers and partner organisations to ensure care is safe, effective and tailored to individual needs.
