The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop a broad range of community nursing skills, including assessment and care planning, wound management, long-term condition support, palliative and end-of-life care, and working closely with other health and social care professionals.
You will be joining a supportive team working across a rural locality, where good communication, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team are essential.
We welcome applications from experienced nurses as well as those who are newly qualified or new to community nursing, with support and development available to help you build your skills and confidence in the role.
