Job summary

Caithness Community Mental Health team in Caithness is seeking an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to join our integrated health and social care service. You will assess, plan, implement and review care for adults with mental health needs and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate.

You will work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, travel across the Caithness area, and contribute to high quality patient-centred care.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within Caithness Community Mental Health team.

As a CMHN in Caithness you will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team and be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the Caithness area.

You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.

The applicant would be required to travel efficiently and effectively to undertake the role. A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
