Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join the Coventry Community Neuro and Stroke Rehab Services (CINSS). Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience and sound clinical reasoning.
• Experience in neuro rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work in Community Stroke and Integrated Neuro Rehab Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based Speech and Language Therapy to CINSS patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred rehabilitation.
• Support timely discharge from hospital and ongoing rehab needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and service development.
