East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Community Midwife to provide holistic, evidence-based care to childbearing patients and families across diverse settings. The role includes health promotion, teaching and deputising for senior midwifery duties within a trusted, patient-centred team.

You will work under national guidelines, contributing to staff development and upholding the Trust values of Include, Respect and Improve while delivering high-quality maternity services

Formación

• Registered Midwife.
• Willingness to undertake further professional development.
• Willingness to undertake a recognised course of study in teaching and assessing.
• Educated to 1st degree level / diploma.
• Evidence of professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic care of childbearing patients and families with evidence-based planning.
• Utilise full range of midwifery skills in various settings.
• Develop strategies for health promotion and meet patient needs.
• Deputise for all aspects of Band 7 Midwife work and contribute to staff and student teaching.
