Job Opportunity: Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced, dynamic Community Mental Health Team. Our goal is to deliver a modern mental health service that provides excellent standards of care and meaningful, person-centred interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality, recovery-focused mental health interventions to the population of central Liverpool.
  2. Provide a range of services from brief therapeutic interventions with key worker responsibilities to complex care packages for vulnerable service users.
  3. Develop skills learned in training and advance your career within the NHS.
  4. Participate in regular clinical supervision and support sessions.
