We are looking to fill vacancies within our Community Mental Health Team, which proudly supports North Northamptonshire, specifically in the Kettering and Corby areas.

We seek dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, and Social Workers with experience working with diverse mental health conditions.

An exciting opportunity is available for Band 6 Nurses, OTs, or Social Workers to work within the Community Mental Health Team under the Primary Care Network teams in Wellingborough and district CMHT.

We value individuals who are compassionate, flexible, creative, and can collaborate effectively with nursing staff and a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

We offer excellent learning and development opportunities to support and advance your nursing career.

The postholder will play a vital role within the MDT, significantly contributing to service users' recovery journeys. Responsibilities include providing professional advice and support to other agencies and team members, and acting up for the Operations Manager when appropriate.

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is dedicated to staff training and development, including clinical, leadership, and managerial skills.

Flexible working patterns are available for both part-time and full-time roles. Benefits include access to a generous pension scheme, health service discounts, and ample annual leave plus bank holidays.

We encourage applicants who are committed to professional development and eager to enhance their skills through various training opportunities. You will be part of a supportive, dynamic team with a comprehensive supervision and appraisal system, dedicated to staff development and evidence-based practice.

NHFT is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds, including those who are underrepresented in the organization. We particularly encourage applications from disabled people, individuals from black and minority ethnic communities, and LGBT+ individuals.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car unless disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 applies.
