A regional mental health service provider in Coventry is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a caseload of clients with complex mental health needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches to provide a range of clinical interventions. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Working within an established team, you'll be managing a caseload of clients who have complex mental health problems, including psychotic illness and non-psychosis presentations, and delivering a range of interventions and treatments across the whole patient group.
As a successful candidate you will be given time and opportunity to build your skills and confidence to eventually undertake the role of management of a caseload. Where patients with a psychotic presentation are involved, they may be managed through shared care within the team, allowing the sharing of responsibility, skills and knowledge to support staff development while being supported by colleagues.
