Job summary

Catalystsupport is seeking a Recovery and Connect Worker to support individuals with mental health concerns in the Woking area. The role involves working intensively with clients to facilitate access to services, create support plans, and ensure compliance with care procedures.

The ideal candidate has a relevant diploma or degree and at least two years of experience in community mental health. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years community experience with mental health and wellbeing.
• Experience with behaviour change work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support clients through a holistic support plan.
• Complete and update risk assessments for lone working.
• Provide pastoral support and assistance in accessing services.
