Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing or Health Related field (academic pathway)
- Masters in health management or equivalent with advanced knowledge
- Professional nursing qualification
- Evidence of personal/professional development
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursing workforce across community services
- Provide professional nursing leadership across Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
- Drive quality, safety and patient experience improvements
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and succession planning
- Deliver governance and assurance of standards
- Develop future nursing leaders and a positive staff culture
- Contribute to strategic development of community services and models of care
