Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Matron to lead the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in West Suffolk from Wedgwood House. • RMN, RLDN and RN registrations with the NMC.
• Masters level degree or equivalent required.
• Clinical leadership and experience in both inpatient and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership for the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
• Ensure highest standards of patient safety, quality, dignity and care.
• Lead governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance (CQC/CQUIN).
• Promote continuous improvement and a culture of excellence.
• Support patients, carers and staff, and drive service improvement initiatives.
