You will drive workforce development, governance, quality improvement and partnerships, shaping future community services with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and strong collaboration with system leaders.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration and significant leadership experience.
• Experience in community or district nursing is preferred.
• Strong governance, quality improvement and workforce development skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple teams and partner with system leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a diverse community nursing workforce.
• Providing professional nursing leadership across Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and community services.
• Driving quality, safety, patient experience and continuous improvement.
• Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, retention and succession planning.
• Delivering professional standards, governance and assurance.
• Developing future nursing leaders and creating a positive culture where staff can thrive.
• Contributing to the strategic development of community services as we expand care closer to home and strengthen neighbourhood models of care.
