The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Matron for our Community Teams to lead and manage services, focusing on quality, patient experience and outcomes. You will drive collaborative care, align with the NHS 10-year plan, and champion prevention and early intervention in community settings.

You will oversee delivery of community services, work with multidisciplinary teams, monitor performance, ensure policies are followed, and support staff development while engaging patients and carers

Formación

• Excellent communication skills with clear written and oral abilities.
• Proven management and leadership capabilities.
• Awareness of current health service priorities and nursing quality agenda.
• Experience in education of staff and multidisciplinary collaboration.
