Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing or Health Related study (equivalent).
- Masters Degree in relation to health management or equivalent.
- Professional nursing qualification and ongoing professional development.
- Leadership qualification and evidence of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible professional leadership for the nursing workforce across community services.
- Drive quality, safety, patient experience and continuous improvement.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
- Deliver governance and assurance.
- Develop future nursing leaders and positive staff culture.
- Contribute to strategic development of community services and neighbourhood care.
