Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Community Manager to help build and nurture our growing player community. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the community of a dynamic gaming start-up, with the potential to transition into a paid position based on performance and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate community platforms, including Discord and social media, to ensure a positive environment.
• Organize and promote community events, such as tournaments and engagement initiatives.
• Gather and relay player feedback to leadership to enhance game development and community experience.
• Represent Ravens’ mission and values to foster a welcoming, inclusive community.

Qualifications:

• Passion for gaming and community building; experience moderating Discord servers or organizing esports events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Enthusiasm for working in a start-up environment and growing into a leadership role.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Gain valuable experience in community management and gaming marketing.
• Receive recognition within our community and a leadership title (e.g., Community Lead).
• Opportunity to transition to a paid role within 3-6 months, contingent on performance and company growth.
• Be part of a passionate team shaping the future of gaming communities.
