Job description

As a Community Manager, you are the team leader, role model, and business manager. At Hawthorne, we recognize that work is meant to support both our personal and professional goals. Job Functions

  • Oversee and contribute to the sales and lease administration processes

  • Ensure grounds, amenities, and office are well-maintained and clean
Qualifications

Education: High School GED required.

Experience: Two years of property management experience and one year as a property manager preferred. Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license required. CAM, CAPS, or a Real Estate license is a plus. Hawthorne offers education reimbursement and career development opportunities.
