Community Manager (Flexible Workspace) –

DiSRUPT Agency is partnering with a luxury brand offering stunning commercial spaces for companies to work and enjoy themselves. They host company events, networking opportunities, and provide a high-end location to socialise and work remotely.

The Community Manager will be the primary point of contact and “go-to” for the community and all member needs, supporting the delivery of member engagement and happiness. You will also assist the Senior Community Manager (SCM) and Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in creating an environment where our members can thrive, providing exceptional service to all users of our spaces.

You must be passionate about people, obsessed with organisation, and committed to delivering a 5-star customer service experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Being the main contact for community and member needs, ensuring engagement and happiness.
  • Supporting the SCM and ROM in creating a thriving environment.
  • Managing move-in and onboarding processes for new members, working with the SCM to meet KPIs and SOPs.
  • Collaborating with the SCM and Membership & Events Manager to deliver engagement programmes.
  • Implementing wellbeing initiatives with partners/providers.
  • Supporting marketing efforts, including social media and the Amplification Studio.
  • Connecting members and growing community engagement.
  • Promoting app and portal usage, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintaining CRM systems like OfficeRnD and HubSpot for accurate reporting.
  • Managing member communications, including newsletters and updates.
  • Conducting tours and viewings efficiently.
  • Monitoring competitors in the local area.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Experience in building engaged communities and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Experience in co-working, events, luxury retail, hospitality, or members' clubs sectors.
  • Experience working in start-ups, SMEs, or purpose-driven businesses.
