Community Manager - Media City, Salford, Manchester

We are looking for an incredible Community Manager for our Media City community in Salford, Manchester! This includes our High Definition, Lightbox, The Heart, and No. 1 communities.

The key objective of this role is to ensure the team provides a high standard of service to residents alongside efficient administration of leasehold services. You will be responsible for community engagement, maintaining a safe and compliant building, and overseeing property management tasks.

What will you do?

• Oversee delivery of all aspects of the Property Management Agreement (PMA)
• Manage residential leaseholders and ensure onsite management complies with legal and contractual requirements
• Prepare and deliver annual service charge, manage expenditure, debt recovery, and contractor payments
• Provide regular performance and budget reports
• Implement resident engagement strategies, including communication and events
• Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations (RICS, ARMA, HSE)
• Manage health and safety compliance alongside the Facilities Manager
• Promote organizational values and performance through effective people management
• Handle complaints and feedback proactively
• Foster a strong community through online engagement and events
• Achieve KPIs and maintain high service standards
• Support staff retention and development

What are we looking for?

• Experience managing luxury residential buildings
• Knowledge of service charge budgets, Landlord & Tenant Law, building safety, fire safety, and risk management
• Leadership experience with on-site teams
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and support team prioritization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other systems (training provided)

Desirable qualifications:

• Health and Safety qualification
• IRPM Level 3 or willingness to work towards it
