Role Information

Role: Community & Brand Manager

Location: Flexible (with regular travel to between Manchester and London and events across the UK)

Type: Full-Time

Your Mission:

You’ll spearhead the growth of ROLEY'S vibrant community, amplifying our unique story and building genuine, lasting relationships across digital channels, fitness events, and lifestyle venues. Your creativity, drive, and insight will position ROLEY'S as the beverage of choice among fitness enthusiasts, millennial professionals, and health-conscious social drinkers.

Reporting To: ROLEY'S Senior Management, playing a crucial role within our agile and innovative marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated community-building strategies to engage fitness enthusiasts, wellness influencers, and health-conscious consumers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage exciting experiential marketing events, including fitness competitions, festivals, and pop-ups.
  • Drive ROLEY'S online presence through strategic social media management, influencer collaborations, and compelling digital content creation.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of community initiatives and campaigns.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic brand partners, ambassadors, and key opinion leaders within the wellness and fitness industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support distribution and retail partnerships.
  • Act as the brand’s ambassador, passionately representing ROLEY'S at events, online, and through consumer interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in brand management, community engagement, or related roles, preferably within wellness, health, fitness, or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Demonstrable track record in successful brand building and community engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging across multiple digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, particularly social media platforms and influencer engagement.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing events and activations.
  • Genuine passion for health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Salary between £28,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Holidays of 25 days plus all bank holidays per year.
