Community & Social Marketing Manager

Why We Need You

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Community & Social Marketing Manager to help scale Hilo by Aktiia’s organic social and community marketing efforts across global markets. This role will be instrumental in building brand affinity, product engagement, and trust—especially critical as we expand access to our technology and launch localized experiences across Europe, North America, and beyond.

You'll own the vision and execution for our social channels and community engagement efforts—crafting content strategies, cultivating user-generated content, and empowering our growing customer base to become advocates. You will help build a thriving digital community, while improving engagement and retention.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of Hilo by Aktiia’s organic social media and online community presence.
  • Create a compelling content calendar that highlights Hilo by Aktiia user stories, product insights, educational content, clinical validation, and thought leadership.
  • Champion user-generated content (UGC) to showcase the value of continuous blood pressure monitoring in real life.
  • Foster and manage brand conversations across product and company reviews and social media commentary that drives product engagement and advocacy, issue resolution, and long-term retention.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Customer Support, and Marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and experiences across platforms.
  • Analyze performance across social and community channels to inform future content, engagement strategy, and product improvements.
  • Own community and social KPI reporting (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, referral traffic) and deliver insights across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform updates across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Support thought leadership to build trust with both prospective users and healthcare professionals.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand and product messaging into high-impact content.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership mentality—able to proactively identify opportunities, drive initiatives forward, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Strong project manager who can develop, execute, and scale initiatives across multiple markets and platforms.
  • A natural communicator and storyteller who can build emotional connections with users while simplifying complex medical information.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in building and managing community platforms and driving engagement through social media.
  • Comfortable with analytics and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in B2C, digital health, DTC, or subscription-based business models is a strong plus.
