Qualifications

• Experience in a building technician or maintenance role.
• Knowledge of COSHH, decorating, fabric repair, flooring types, and water systems (L8 awareness).
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (computer-aided facilities management).

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders quickly and effectively.
• Carry out minor repairs, decoration, and reactive works in homes and communal areas.
• Perform lighting checks and replace bulbs.
• Act as first responder for emergencies such as leaks.
• Keep accurate records of tests, inspections, and engineer visits.
• Escort and support visiting engineers; monitor scheduled maintenance.
