Responsibilities

• Enforce licensing legislation and monitor compliance across licensing functions.
• Carry out inspections, provide advice and investigate complaints.
• Gather evidence, interview under caution, and prepare and present cases for prosecution.
• Follow guidance and policies including PACE, RIPA and the Human Rights Act.
