Responsibilities

• Support the Community Leisure Manager in implementing guidelines to ensure high customer service across the facility.
• Be the lead on site, manage the team and be the point of contact for enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Manager to increase gym membership, lettings and overall revenue, boosting the profile of the Sports and Community Hub.
