Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland seeks a Social Impact Coordinator to join Sellafield on a permanent basis. This strategic and hands-on role shapes and delivers social impact initiatives, strengthens community relationships, and aligns with our broader people strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social impact, CSR, public engagement, or related role.
Knowledge of social value policy frameworks and reporting methodologies is advantageous.
Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the implementation of the Social Impact and Engagement strategy.
Collaborate with People Team to embed social impact into People & Culture agenda.
Establish and maintain relationships with communities, education institutions, and government stakeholders.
Drive initiatives in education outreach, employability, STEAM engagement, social mobility, and local economic development.
Lead delivery of measurable social value outcomes using recognised frameworks and metrics.
Coordinate employee volunteering, community investment, and partnership programmes.
