Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Social Impact Coordinator to join the People team at Sellafield on a permanent basis. You will shape and deliver our social impact strategy, aligning with contractual commitments and our broader people strategy.

Experience in social impact, CSR, public engagement or related role.
Ability to develop and lead social impact strategy and programme delivery.
Strong stakeholder management across organisations and communities.
Experience with social value policy frameworks and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Social Impact and Engagement strategy.
Embed social impact initiatives into People & Culture agenda.
Build relationships with communities, education institutions and partners.
Drive education outreach, employability, STEAM engagement and local development.
Measure social value outcomes using recognised frameworks.
Support internal comms and training for social responsibility.
Coordinate volunteering, community investments and partnerships.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and best practices.
