Moat Homes is seeking a proactive Hub Officer to lead engaging activities, support residents, and unlock opportunities across our community hubs. You will help shape programmes, support volunteers, and ensure hubs are welcoming spaces where people can grow.

Working with the Senior Hub Officer and the Moat Foundation, you’ll collaborate on projects, capture outcomes, and strengthen our community offer. This role includes a 7-hour Friday pattern and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• A natural ability to connect with people of all ages, building trust and encouraging participation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with volunteers.
• Creativity and initiative to design engaging, community-focused activities.
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve positive change.

• Create and deliver high-impact activities for residents of all ages.
• Engage and support customers to build confidence, develop skills, and access opportunities.
• Bring communities together by encouraging participation and building connections.
• Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, and local partners on projects and initiatives.
