Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in housing management would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for frontline duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage council housing tenancies on a patch-based basis.
• Visit tenants at home for proactive tenancy checks and reactive issues.
• Address anti-social behaviour and property condition concerns with appropriate referrals.
• Record interactions accurately and progress cases in a timely manner.
• Work in partnership with Police, Social Care, Mental Health Services and other agencies.
