Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is hiring a polished Community Host for a premium workspace in Southwark. You will be the first face members meet, manage front desk duties and support meeting and events to keep the centre running smoothly.

You will build relationships with members, assist move-ins, upsell meeting space and memberships, and ensure communal areas stay spotless in a busy, hospitality-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coworking, serviced office or premium hospitality environments.
• Polished, professional presence with attention to detail.
• Confident using booking systems, MS Office and email.
• Calm and capable handling queries independently during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and visitors at front desk to a high standard.
• Set up and changeover of meeting rooms and events, check AV and assist guests with tech.
• Support new member move-ins and nurture relationships within the building.
• Lead centre viewings and identify opportunities to upsell space and memberships.
• Keep communal areas immaculate and report maintenance issues.
• Carry out daily health and safety checks and supplier sign-ins.
