Sustainable Ventures is hiring a Front Desk Host & Ecosystem Support Coordinator in Greater London. You will be the friendly face of our workspace, delivering a warm welcome, handling enquiries, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and professionally.

You will support onboarding new members and help promote internal community events, guiding members and guests to where they need to be and ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported and connected to our climate tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house and reception duties; friendly welcome and visitor management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests and employees with a warm, professional welcome.
• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors.
• Manage phone, inbox and reception communications.
• Notify members when guests arrive.
